Presenting Problems Julia, age 30, has recently been admitted to the inpatient psychiatric unit by police after an episode at the nearby pub. Julia began drinking and ordered several rounds for everyone at the pub. After had refused to pay her bar tab, she became loud, defensive and belligerent, knocking over beer bottles and threatening the bartender and all the patrons present.
